She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Andrews and Edna Andrews; her sons, Henry Crosby, James, Jeff Crosby, Jerry Crosby and Michael Wayne Crosby; her daughter-in-law Robin Crosby; her siblings, Jack Andrews, Samuel "Bub" Andrews, John Andrews, Charlie Andrews, James Calvin Andrews, Stella Mae Stafford, Mallie Wilson and Mary Ida Baynes; and her granddaughter Terrie Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Lewis Crosby of Butler, Sandra Jordan of Butler, Kathy Stogner of Gilbertown and Diane Kennedy of Butler; and her siblings, Thomas Andrews of Melvin, Inez Crosby of Butler and Parralee Busby of Needham. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
