She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Mallett; her parents, Bob Nelson and Mildred Nelson; her sisters, Donna Henry and Bobbie Curb; her children, Delores Mallett, Barry Mallett and Todd Mallett; and her grandchildren, Simeon, Dalila and Sheree.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Caudill and Billy Paul Mallett (Bobbie Ann); her daughter-in-law Debbie Mallett; her grandchildren, Tamara Mallett, Constantina Angevine (Brent), Josh Mallett (Tammy), Holly Mallett and Hubble Williams; and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Noah, Jayge Angevine, Madison, Landon Caudill, Addisyn Hartselle, Kylee Mallett, Logan and Collin Williams.
