She is survived by: her son Ricky Dale O'Gwynn Sr. of Pensacola; her grandson Ricky Dale O'Gwynn Jr. (Ruby); and her great grandchildren, Rhea O'Gwynn, Rose O'Gwynn and Zach O'Gwynn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
