She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Lewis and Lydia Mae Blackmon Lewis; her husband Lavon Laster; and her siblings, Ruby Dell McCall, Virgie Bodiford, Nell Bodiford, Carolyn Boatwright, Claudia McDaniel, Cary Lewis, Junior Lewis and Jim Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Laster (Sharon) of Castleberry, Alabama and Mary Jane Coleman (Floyd) of Castleberry, Alabama; her sisters, Marie Green and Alma Garrigar; and her grandchildren, Michelle Marshall, Ashley Coleman, Shannon Coleman and Jamie Coleman. She is also survived by Great Grandchildren; (2) Great Great Grandchildren.
