He is survived by: his wife Lisa McGuire Smith; his daughters, Jessica Ann Smith, Katie Eleene Smith and Katlyn Nicole Smith; his granddaughters, Gracelyn V. Lopez, Kynleigh Smith and Sophie Smith; his goddaughters, Alicia Gormley and Cheslie Bills; his mother Sandra Kelley; his brothers, Jimmy Smith, Jamie Smith and Timmy Smith; his nephews, Cody Smith, Alex Smith and Tanner Smith; and his niece Josie Smith. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
