He is survived by: his children, Tamika Edwards (Vince), Roslyn Price, Kimberly Brantley, Eboni Martin (Efrem) and Roderick Brantley, Jr.; and his siblings, Robert Brantley (Carolyn), Mary Ann Bell, Betty Thomas, Earnestine Gilbert and Catherine Bolden (Ira). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 1 great granchild.
