She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Johnson and Belva Jones Johnson Chandler; her brother Wayne Johnson; her husband Jack Bentley; and her son Gary Barlow.
She is survived by: her brother Mickey Johnson (Darla); her daughter Stacey Bentley King (James); her grandchildren, Adam Barlow (Kim), Jacob King and Olivia King; her great grandchildren, Blake Barlow, Cason Barlow and Davis Barlow; her nephews, Chad (Andrea) and Shane Johnson (Stephanie); and her great-nephews, Tate, Nash and Phillip Johnson.
