She is survived by: her close friend Joe McCracken; her children, Scott Arnold White (Angi), Therese White Hamilton (Todd) and Elizabeth Dodds White; her grandchildren, Claude Allan White (Anna), Virginia Scott White and Thomas Chadwick Cunningham (Sophie) of Memphis, TN; her stepgrandsons, Collin Christopher Hamilton and John Ross Hamilton; and her stepchildren, Claude Carlos White, Jr. (Sallie) and Dr. Thomas Eugene White (Jennifer) of Oakland, CA..
