It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald E Lytle (Birmingham, Alabama), born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on November 18, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Lytle and Margaret Lytle; and his brother Norman Lytle. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Keyees of Birmingham, AL; his brother John Lytle; his children, Allison Powell (David) and Michael Lytle (Karmin); and his grandchildren, Marshall Powell, Mary Claire Powell, Kaleb Lytle and Luke Lytle.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to the Dawson Foundation, 1114 Oxmoor Road, Birmingham, AL 35209. The Dawson Foundation provides educational scholarships to students and Don served on the scholarship committee many years and believed in the mission.
