Bassett; his siblings, Bruce Bassett (Michelle), Donald Bassett (Shelia), Howard Bassett, Kenneth Shackleford, Marita Bassett, Nettie Ivey (Chris), Augustine Brown, Sharlon Greenhow (Ulius) and Shirley Briscoe; his children, Abeba Lamb (Joseph) and Curtis Bassett Jr. (Michael Bassett); and his stepchildren, Tamara Hatcher and Bradley Starks. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
