He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Lee Lowery Mann; his daughters, Barbara Mann Haisten and Tara Mann Holt; and his grandchildren, Bobby James Haisten, Payton Mann Haisten, Austin Lee Haisten, Laura Kate Holt and Hailey Leigh Ann Holt.
