She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Ellis; her son Johnny Walter Ellis; her parents, Early Thrasher and Annie Robertson Thrasher; and her siblings, Marshall, George Darrell, Wilburn, Opal, Marjorie, Ruth and Alice.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Jimmy Ellis of Berry, Terry Warren Ellis (Carmen) of Berry, Albert Jackson Ellis (Missie) of Henderson, TN and Virginia Lorraine Angle (Lee) of Pensacola, FL; her daughter-in-law Teresa Ellis of Northport; her sister Betty Fay Watson of Northport; her niece Brenda Snow; and her grandsons, Todd Ellis, Brandon Ellis, Isaac Ellis, Austin Ellis, Elijah Ellis, Kerry Ellis, Jacob Simmons and Patrick Butler. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
