He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard John Kennedy and Shirley Mae Skinner Kennedy; his grandparents, John Howard Kennedy and Estelle Anderson Kennedy; and his grandchildren, Kylee, Rylee Simmons, John Curtis Simmons and Kendall Scott Simmons.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Kennedy of Berry; his children, Rachel Elizabeth Simmons (Josh) of Berry and Justin Daryl Kennedy (Ashley) of Berry; his siblings, Rose Marie Uncapher (Jonathan), Karen Sue Vernon (Steve), Kenneth Wayne Kennedy (Loretta) and Rayborn Dale Kennedy (Teresa); and his grandchild McKenzie Dawn Kennedy.
