He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonzo Pendley and Gladys Pendley; his brother Sidney Pendley; and his son Eddie Joe Pendley. He is survived by: his wife Billie R. Willingham Pendley; his daughter Catherine A. Pendley (James); his grandchildren, Matthew Pendley, Laura Baker (Aaron) and Kristy Stamper (Mark); and his great grandchild Jett Aaron Baker.
