It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clellan Earl Grimmett of Baileyton, Alabama, who passed away on August 31, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Faye Grimmett; his daughter-in-law Marcia Grimmett; his parents, Fred Grimmett and Ida Grimmett; and his siblings, Pauline Blallock, Inez Kelley (Bill), Marie Dunn (Alvin) and Fred Grimmett Jr..

He is survived by: his siblings, Gladys Parker (Bill), Sondra Lee (Bill) and Leldon Grimmett (Nelda); his children, Diann Hyder (George), Donna Grimmett, Wanda Randolph (Tony), C. E. Grimmett, Terry Grimmett, Winfred Busbey (Margie), Ronald Busbey (Fran) and Twenty; his grandchild Forty; and his brother-in-law Bill Parker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
