He is survived by: his daughters, Emily Teems (Montana) and Abby Millican; his grandsons, Jaggar Gilliland, River Gilliland and Knox Teems; his siblings, Pat Millican (Anna), Joey Millican (Ashley), Lori Dobbs (Phillip), Mary and April Millican; and his friends, Billy and Bobbie Harrison. He is also survived by his two daughters, grandsons, brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
