It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Othie Chamblee of Attalla, Alabama, who passed away on September 4, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Cornelia Knight; his wife Ella Ruth Rains; his daughter Germaine Wells; his siblings, Mae Allshouse, Shields, Omer and Pat Chamblee; and his grandchild Taylor Martin.

He is survived by: his son Ronald Chamblee (Donna); his stepchildren, Faye Deberry (Rondell) and Mike Rains (Elizabeth); and his brother Marshall Chamblee (Mary Ruth). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
