We are sad to announce that on May 27, 2022, at the age of 89, Viola Willornease Wooten of Atmore, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Smith and Fannie Boggan Smith; her brothers, Obin Smith and Bobby Lee Smith (Sonny); and her great grandchild Drake Boutwell.
She is survived by: her husband Clark Wooten; her brother Gladden Smith (Ruthie) of Atmore, AL; her children, Danny Sanspree (Mary Jean) of Birmingham, AL, Gail Miller (Randall) of Little Rock, AL, Judy Wooten Pouncey of Stapleton, AL, Debbie Patterson (Tony) of Canoe, AL, Bobby Wooten (Cheryl) of Little Rock, AL and Don Wooten (Lila) of Birmingham, AL; and her sisters-in-law, Jean Pennington (Joe) of Spanish Fort, AL and Adeline Rhinehart of Canoe, AL.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to a foundation of your choice, SouthernCare Hospice, or place Gideon International Bibles in her honor.
