He was predeceased by: his parents, John Waters and Rose Waters (Grieser); his former wife Lois Stutzman; his sister Viola Bond; his son-in-law Albert Hutchison; and his great grandchild Keenan Musick.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Hamburger; his children, Gerri Hutchison of Thomas, Dixie Yoder (Galen) of Thomas and Rod (Chris) of Hydro; his grandchildren, Kevin Yoder (Tasha), Jason Yoder (Tracy), Ash Hutchison (Melissa), Regina Gray (Bryan), Brandon Waters (Kelly), Nick Waters (Eladah) and Jacobey Post; and his great grandchildren, Katie Flores (Ivan), Caleb Yoder (Brenna Glasscock), Nathan Yoder, Kiersten Yoder, Elizabeth, Zachary Gray, Finn Hutchison, Barrett, Ryker, Britton Waters, Amaria Musick and Oakley Waters.
