He was predeceased by: his father Rush Hardie Ivey; his brother Darrell Ivey; his grandparents, Jurn and Ellen Moye; and his stepsister Joann Johnson.
He is survived by: his mother Myrtle Stephens of Atmore, AL; his son Jared Lee Ivey of Lake City, FL; his siblings, John Stephens (Brenda) of Uriah, AL, Chris Stephens (Sonya) of Pensacola, FL, Janey Smith of Perdido, AL, Ellen Greer of Long View, TX and Pamela Zorin of Leesburg, FL; and his stepsisters, Myrtle Hill (Floyd) of Flomaton, AL, Linda Stokes (George) of Castleberry, AL and Fridie Johnson (Comer) of Flomaton, AL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
