He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Guyton and Mary Strawbridge Guyton; his siblings, Danny Guyton and Paula Guyton; and his grandmother Alice Strawbridge.
He is survived by: his significant other Shirley Morrison Guyton; his children, Becky Cooper (Leslie), Stephanie DaCosta (Pete) and Dr. Johnny T. Guyton, Jr.; his grandchildren, Rev. JonChristian Guyton, Mikaela Guyton and Sophia DaCosta; his siblings, Jack Guyton, Billy Guyton, Ed Guyton, Mary Ann Wright, Ricky Guyton, Ronnie Guyton, Marchall Guyton and Cathy Nelson; and his uncle Ollie Strawbridge.
