He is survived by: his mother Patsy Tyree of Flomaton, AL; his wife Marie Peek of Flomaton, AL; his daughters, Samantha Burgess (Skyler) of Palmer, AK, Jamie Peek of Flomaton, AL and Jessica Renee Peek of Flomaton, AL; his siblings, Bobby Peek (Kimberly) of Atlanta, GA, Chris Wood (Natasha) of Flomaton, AL, Tammy Jernigan of Flomaton, AL and Riley Tyree (Eric) of Flomaton, AL; his grandchildren, Peyton Burgess, Ezekiel Burgess, Ezra Burgess and Haiden Peek; his aunt Rhonda Jordan; and his close friends, Bryant Pace and Brent Wolfe. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
