She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Lloyd Robert Wade, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Samantha and Chip (Allison); her grandchildren, Ella, Ford and Gibbs; and her siblings, Girdielene (Shine), Sherry, Marcia and Johnny (Julia). She is also survived by her children's friends.
