It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Ralph Harris of Ashland, Alabama, born in Elba, Alabama, who passed away on August 4, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Kathaleen Horn Harris; his parents, Elmer Wheeler Harris and Myrtice Dean Harris; and his siblings, Guwynn, Lowell, Carry Harris and Nettie Jean Harris.
He is survived by: his daughter Dorinda; his son-in-law Scott Shaddix of Sterrett; his grandchildren, Kara Morgan Shaddix and Dalton Lee Shaddix; his brother Gerald; and his sister-in-law Kay Harris of Etta, MS. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
