He is survived by: his wife Kisha Spivey of Ashland; his children, Alissa Spivey of Ashland, Shawn Spivey of Ashland, Derrick Spivey of Lineville and Jason Spivey of Lineville; his grandchildren, Ember and Maci Spivey; and his grandmother Willie Mae Mitchell Childers of Alexander City.
