He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Dyer Williams and Annie Rebecca Williams. He is survived by: his wife Janice Wellborn; his children, Maurine Harris (Donald) and Jeff Williams (Jimmie Nell) of Ashland; and his siblings, Robbie Hill of Cottondale, FL and Frank Williams of Port. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and twenty eight great-grandchildren plus a large extended family.
