He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Phillip Grogan Sr. and Mildred Frances Neville; and his sisters, Peggy Hendon and Shirley Grant. He is survived by: his pet Scooter; his wife Judy Grogan of Ashland; his daughters, Robbie Sealey (Jimmy) of Wadley and Bobbie Lynn Cox (Glenn) of Ashland; his grandsons, Joshua Steven Sealey (Wesley), Caleb Matthew Sealey, Corey Glenn Cox (Nicole) and Chad Phillip Cox; his great grandchildren, Cohen Reid Cox and Claire Elise Cox; and his siblings, Jo Ann Hurst of Ashland, Mary McClellan of Ashland, Jimmy Grogan (Lilo) of Ashland and Billy Grogan (Janet) of Cragford.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the family request that all who plan to attend the service, wear a mask and practice social distancing.
