She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster Hayes and Lillie Mae Lacey Hayes. She is survived by: her sons, James Oneal Parsons (Karen) and Donald Parsons (Glenda); her grandchildren, Julia Riggs (John), Valerie Jenkins (Stephen), Steven Parsons (Kimberly), Daniel Parsons (Jennifer) and Dewey Parsons (Barbara); her great grandchildren, Katlin Riggs, James Riggs, Joshua Riggs, Kayla Jenkins, Kyle Jenkins, Andrianna Jenkins, Andy John Jenkins, Jasmine Parsons, Hannah Parsons and Elijah Parsons; her siblings, Willie Jay Hayes, Sara Davis and Inell Davis; her husband Emmett Oneal Parsons; and her siblings, Dellar Hayes, Stellar Lewis, Ellis Hayes, Esra Lee Hayes, John Hayes and Marvin Hayes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and extended family.
