She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Simmons and Beulah Simmons; her husband Clatus Rutledge; her brother James W. Simmons, Jr. (Sue); her children, Vann Rutledge (Ivey), Gina Scott (Barry) and Kelly Mullins (Jamie); and her grandchildren, Blake Scott, Luke Scott, Julia Scott, Isabella Rutledge, Clayton Rutledge, Tripp Mullins and Carson Mullins.
