He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peter Wanko and Wanda Klemek Wanko; his wife Maurene Dendy Wanko; his sons, Steve Wanko (Melba) and Richard Wanko; his siblings, Jack Wanko (Carole) and Laurette Wanko-Johnson (Dennis); his grandchildren, Shawn Wanko and Michael Wanko; and his great grandchild Tyler Wanko.
