He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Johnson; his parents, Roy Johnson and Gladys Johnson of Arab; his brother Roy Wayne Johnson of Arab; and his son-in-law Phil Owen, Jr. (Neal).
He is survived by: his daughter Jan Johnson Owen (Matt Dennis); his grandchildren, Maria Owen (Paul Brosius), Philip Owen III and Natalie Owen (Kayla Merritt); his sister Jane Johnson Mashburn (John); and also Neal.
