He was predeceased by: his father Alan Dean Timberlake. He is survived by: his mother Dana Pauline Bennett Timberlake; his stepfather Patrick Smith; his fiancée Felicia Maddux; his children, Mason Timberlake, Alex Walter and Alaina Lee Timberlake; and his sister Samantha "Sam" Timberlake. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
