She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Hazel; her parents, Herbert Wallace and Moree Wallace; her brother Steven Wallace; her grandmother Bertha Farrow Webb; her granddaughter Ashley; and her great grandchild Isaiah.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Hazel, Kendra Cooper (Russell) and Amber Wilson (Michael). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
