He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Emmett Justice and Rosie Lee Foust Justice; his wife Mary Frances Woodham Justice; his children, Jeffrey Justice, Jeanna Plunkett (Jason) and Jackie Justice; his grandchildren, Jonathan Plunkett (Kensley), Jeremy Plunkett (Karsyn), Jordan Burgess, Kyndall Bennett (Scoot) and Jamey Plunkett; and his great grandchild Huxton Bennett.
