He was predeceased by: his parents, Max L. NeSmith and Anna Marie Abbott NeSmith; and his brother Kevin NeSmith. He is survived by: his children, Jason B. NeSmith (Pam) and Kristen Harris Wayne; and his grandchildren, Jordan NeSmith (Shamber), Dakota NeSmith and Bailee Harris.
