He was predeceased by: his parents, George William Walker and Ruth Alva McDaniel; and his brother Jackie Walker. He is survived by: his wife Andree Walker; his stepchildren, Johnny Tidmore (Marsha), Amanda Tidmore and Elizabeth Day (Andrew); his grandchildren, Amelia Day and Hudson Day; and his brother Jimmie Walker.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Arab First United Methodist Church.
