"Artie" Brouillette (Kim) and Paula Lott (Bruce); his grandchildren, Danni Lusk Surre (Nick), Lauren Brouillette (John), Dylan Lott, Patricia "Tricia" Brouillette, Josh Brouillette (Justice) and Megan Lott; his great grandchildren, Maddox Lusk-Lockaby, Gentry Surre, Everett Surre, Greyson Brouillette and Jack Albertson; and his sisters, Peggy Myers, Cindy Brouillette (Melanie), Connie Smoot (Ed) and Pam Smith (Curtis). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
