He was predeceased by: his parents, James Farrow Scroggins and Mary Elizabeth Scroggins; and his siblings, James Kenneth Scroggins and Nancy Elizabeth Sewell. He is survived by: his son-in-law Brad; his wife Amanda Scroggins of Alexander City; his daughter Samantha S. Spurlin (Brad) of Alexander City; his grandchildren, Murphy Lara Spurlin and Haver Bradley Spurlin; his sister Debra Easterwood (Mark) of Jacksons Gap; and his siblings-in-law, Paula Scroggins and Tommy Sewell. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
