He was predeceased by: his wife Emily Marie Westbrooks Cochran. He is survived by: his nephew Mark Gay; and his nieces, Angie Avram (Steve) and Charlotte Smith. He is also survived by 13 great-nieces& great-nephews, 11 great-great-nieces and nephews.
