He is survived by: his parents, Robert Bishop and Leslie Bishop; his grandmother Carol Carny; and his uncles, Richard Bishop (Linda), Lee Bishop (Lisa), Wade Boothe (Renee) and Jamy Boothe. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
