She was predeceased by: her husband Don Smiley; and her grandchildren, Chris and Taylor Roman. She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Bohlman (Craig) and Donna Wells (Craig); and her grandchildren, Lana Le (Phi) and Charlie Huckabee.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to a cancer foundation of their choice.
