He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Bice and Maytle Bice; his son Jeff Bice; and his sisters, Joyce Clement and Linda Clifton.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Bebe" Bice of Birmingham, AL; his children, Debbie (Ralph Jernigan) of Tampa, FL, Mark Bice, Vicki Bice of Birmingham, AL, Cary Bice and Dawn Bice of Birmingham, AL; his daughter-in-law Sandy Bice of Chelsea, AL; and his sisters, Jean Rogers and Yvonne Bice. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
