He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Starnes and Gladyce Starnes (Shirley Starnes); and his sister Mary Alice. He is survived by: his sister Shirley; his spouse Shirley Ann Starnes; and his children, Mike Starnes (Pam Starnes) and Dixie Martin (Rich Martin). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren who love their grandpa.
