He is survived by: his spouse Clare; and his grandchildren, Greg, Christina, Henry, Eliza (Wellington), Rachael, Craig, Jess, Charlotte (Auckland), Richard, Leah, Josh and Jazmine (Wanaka).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be left for Friends of Dunstan Hospital.
