He is survived by: his significant other Judith Boyle; his children, Simon, Catherine and Sarah; his grandchildren, Jesse, Tami and Lilly; and his siblings, Geoff and Adrienne. He is also survived by his nephews and niece.
Service on Thursday, February 15, 2.00pm, at Betts Funeral Services, with donations to South Canterbury Hospice in lieu of flowers please.
