He was predeceased by: his wife Diane; and his parents, Theo and Elsie. He is survived by: his children, Kingsley (Karen), Genevieve, Kristin (Dave) and Gabrielle (Graeme); his stepchildren, Mark, Simon, Jonathan and Sara; his siblings, Roger (Margaret) and Dale (Rob); and his close friend Carol.
