He is survived by: his siblings, Mary (Stewart), Ruth (Ian), Steve (Alison), Tony (Annette) and Mike (Andrea); and his nieces and nephews, Karaan (Ange), Nathan (Susie), Sam (Nadine), Mathew, Daniel (May Huang), Nick, Josh (Tineke), Chris, Angela (Hilton), Benjamin (Rebecca), Bex (Caleb) and Sara (Ants).
