He is survived by: his spouse Amy; his children, Diane, Keith (Wgtn), Wayne, Kaylene (Nelson), Butch, Kwan (Thailand), Janice and Rick (Perth); and his siblings, Valerie, Keith Cameron (Levin) and Ian (Richmond). He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
