He was predeceased by: Julie. He is survived by: his spouse Fairy; and his stepchildren, Deborah Mackie, Ross Mackie, Stephen, Wendy, Joanna, Clive, Michele James, Shona Powell and Andrew Dickerson. He is also survived by father, father-in-law.
