He is survived by: his children, Kathy, Deborah, Vicky and Michael; his children-in-law, Reece, Pera and Aimee; his grandchildren, Taineara, Erin, Cisco, MacKenzie, Alfie and Baylee; his siblings, Wayne, Barbara, Graham and Trish; and his siblings-in-law, Owen and Bruce.
